Anders Jensen

Anders Jensen is a seasoned operations and maintenance professional with extensive experience in the food production and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Arla Foods since November 2016, Anders oversees the production, filling, and packaging of premium cream cheese. Prior roles at Arla include leading the merged Holstebro Dairy maintenance and facility department, managing a team of six employees. Prior to Arla, Anders held various senior management positions at Bang & Olufsen from December 2005 to October 2016, focusing on facilities, maintenance, and production management. Anders began a career in engineering as a trainee at Danfoss IXA A/S and completed an apprenticeship as a machinist. Academic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and certifications in Lean facilitation and project management.
