Ariana Olshan has worked as the Health Care Chief of Staff at Arnold Ventures since November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where they worked on the Antibiotic Resistance Project from February 2019 to November 2020. From 2014 to 2018, Ariana worked at McAllister & Quinn, LLC, where they held the position of Director of Grants and Federal Affairs. At McAllister & Quinn, they developed and managed funding procurement and federal affairs strategies for various clients, oversaw teams, and led business development efforts. Ariana also worked as a Healthcare Fellow at McAllister & Quinn, where they tracked and analyzed congressional actions and conducted research. Ariana Olshan pursued a Bachelor's Degree at The George Washington University, with a major in Biological Sciences and minors in Psychology and Spanish. Ariana later obtained a Certificate in Strategic Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, completing it in 2022.
