Charles is skilled in the management and coordination of all professional disciplines and specialty consultants from conceptual design to close-out, as well as for urban design/master planning, feasibility studies, strategic programming, space planning and interior design /FF&E services. Project delivery methods for these projects have included fast track, design build and CMAR.
