Ellis Sher

Ellis Sher is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in development and structured finance. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Maslow Capital since March 2009, Ellis oversees a firm that provides substantial development finance in the UK and bridging finance in Ireland. In August 2023, Ellis took on the role of Head of Direct Lending at Arrow Global Group. Previous roles include Director and Strategic Advisor at TieTa from August 2009 to December 2020, where the focus was on management services for consumer lenders, and CEO and Shareholder at Cheval Property Finance Plc from May 2006 to February 2009, specializing in bridging finance. Ellis's career also includes a significant tenure at Investec, working in structured finance for around five years, where expertise was developed in non-standard credit facilities and cross-border structuring.
