James Taylor

James Taylor is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in financial services and private equity. Currently serving as CTO and Managing Director at Arrow Global Group since March 2021, James leads IT and PMO efforts overseeing strategic delivery in investment management. Prior roles at Barclays UK include CIO and IT Director, where James drove digitization in customer onboarding and financial crime compliance. With experience as Global CIO for Barclays Financial Assistance, James spearheaded a major transformation to a cloud-based micro-service architecture and enhanced robotic process automation. Previous roles include Programme Director for significant initiatives in merger integration and structural reform, and an interim position as Integration Director. James holds a BSc in International Business and Economics from Aston Business School and an MSc in Competition Economics from City, St George’s, University of London.
