Prior to their current role, they worked at Calibre Inc. for over 17 years, from May 2005 to November 2022, where they served as the Director of Information Technology/Information Security Officer. Before that, they worked at Construction Forms as the Information Technology Manager from April 2000 to May 2005.
Mike Deam has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Mike also studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition to their degrees, Mike has obtained certifications including Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) from Cisco, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) from Microsoft, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft.
