Chara Tzima has a diverse work experience history. Chara began their career in 2013 as part of the Local Economic Development Agency at the Municipality of Ioannina. In 2016, they worked as a Commercial Marketing Assistant at PressiousArvanitidis. The following year, they became a Financial Accountant at Aviareps Hellas S.A. In 2018, they joined Artemis ITS as a Payroll Accountant and later took on the role of HR Manager. Currently, Chara holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Artemis ITS, starting in January 2022.

Chara Tzima completed their education in a chronological order. Chara obtained a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ioannina. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chara also obtained certifications such as "Successful HR Practitioner" from PwC Greece in November 2020 and an "International diploma in IT skills" from Campride in August 2008.
