Stefano Rastrelli is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Artsana Group since March 2024, Rastrelli previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Prada Group from October 2013 to December 2023. Prior to that, Rastrelli was HR Director for both the Commercial & Industrial Areas and the Industrial Divisions at Prada Spa from June 2007 to September 2013. Additional experience includes HR Director roles at GKN Driveline, COMAU SpA, Fiat Auto Argentina, and Fiat Automoveis SA, spanning from 1987 to 2007. Rastrelli holds a law degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, completed in 1987.
