Katie Jerome is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the General Manager of People Partnering & Organisational Design at ISPT since April 2022, Katie has previously held significant roles such as the National Manager of People & Culture at Qantas and the Head of People Transformation at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. Additional experience includes senior positions at QBE Insurance, Barclays Wealth Management, HSBC, Chubb, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group, and the Department of Health and Ageing. Katie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Management with a major in Human Resources from the University of Canberra, a Certificate IV in General Insurance from Kaplan Professional, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Metropolitan Business College.
