Smitha Ramaswamy is an experienced professional in the field of data analytics and insights, currently serving as the General Manager of Enterprise Insights at Aruma since March 2022. In this role, Smitha leads a team of business analysts to deliver comprehensive insights and data reporting solutions across the organization, enhancing decision-making for the Executive, Senior Leadership, and various business teams. Prior to Aruma, Smitha held the position of Insights and Analytics Manager at Teachers Mutual Bank Limited from April 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included the development and integration of data analytics for strategic decision-making. Smitha’s earlier experience includes roles as a Business Insights Analyst and Senior Customer Insights Analyst, demonstrating a strong background in marketing intelligence and campaign analytics. Smitha holds a postgraduate diploma in Applied Statistics from Macquarie University, a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
