Josh Lord

Josh Lord has a diverse work experience in the project management field. Josh started their career in 2009 with the New Zealand Defence Force as a Project Manager and later became a Contracts Manager within the same organization. In 2013, they joined SkyCity Entertainment Group as a Project Manager for Capital Development. Josh then worked for Chevron as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. Josh returned to the New Zealand Defence Force in 2017 as a Project Manager responsible for Construction Project Delivery. In 2021, they became a Senior Project Development Manager with the New Zealand Defence Force. Josh then joined Air New Zealand as a Senior Project Manager in 2022 and later became a Development Senior Project Manager at Arvida Group Limited in 2023.

Josh Lord started their education in 2006 at Lincoln University (NZ), where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (VPM) degree with a focus on Valuation and Property Management. Josh completed their studies in 2009.

In 2016, Josh attended the Association for Project Management in the United Kingdom for a brief period, during which they obtained a professional qualification in Project Management.
