Megha Sharma

Megha Sharma serves as General Counsel & Secretary at Aryaka since March 2025 and is a member of the Board of Directors at ACC San Francisco Bay Area, where leadership roles include leading the Chief Legal Officers Committee and Membership Committees. Prior to Aryaka, Megha worked as General Counsel & Secretary at Uniphore from April 2020 to February 2025, guiding the company through significant growth. Megha also held the position of President of the Board of Directors at The Kiran Anjali Project from December 2018 to March 2022 and has experience as Assistant General Counsel at Synaptics Incorporated from April 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included negotiating M&A deals and managing litigation. Megha holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego.
