Ainsley Wagoner

Ainsley Wagoner is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Design Systems Accessibility Lead at Asana since July 2021, focusing on internal education and product remediation to ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance. Previously, Ainsley held positions as an instructor at the California College of the Arts, teaching graphic design courses from 2017 to 2022. Ainsley's background includes roles as a Senior Experience Designer at Adobe, a Product Designer at Pinterest, and a UX Design Consultant for various organizations. Ainsley has a strong foundation in user experience, visual design, and product development, having worked at Code for America and CirrusMio, Inc. Additionally, Ainsley served as a Graphic Designer at the University of Kentucky College of Arts & Sciences and as Design Director and General Manager for WRFL 88.1 FM. Ainsley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky.
