Tarryn Jenkins

Tarryn Jenkins is an experienced professional in people experience and learning and development, currently serving as the People Experience Lead at ASB Bank since July 2023. Prior experience includes a significant role at Auckland Transport from January 2018 to June 2023, where Tarryn led a team in internal communications, established a People Experience Design team, and drove the transformation of learning initiatives, contributing to the organization’s cultural shift. Previous positions include leadership roles at Vidleos, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, and T-Mobile USA, focusing on learning strategies and customer experience enhancements. Tarryn holds a Bachelor of International Communication from Unitec and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Te Reo Māori courses at Auckland University of Technology.
