Carolyn Vasquez

Carolyn Vasquez, M.A., currently serves as the Director of Talent Development, Inclusion, and HR at Ascend Learning, following their role as Talent Development Manager. Prior to this position, Carolyn held the title of Senior Associate Consultant at The Brookeside Group, where responsibilities included designing and implementing leadership and talent development programs. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate Consultant at The Brookeside Group, Talent Management Intern at Brinks Incorporated, and various roles in non-profit and financial sectors, such as Deputy Executive Director at The Jack Brewer Foundation and Analyst in Investor Relations at Fortress Investment Group. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from William James College.
