Stephanie Eldred is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in recruitment and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President at Ascendion, formerly Collabera, since October 2022, Stephanie previously held multiple leadership positions at Collabera Inc., including Vice President and Director of Direct Hire. Prior to that, Stephanie was a Recruiting Manager at CyberCoders, specializing in high-demand technology roles for a diverse clientele. Stephanie's career also includes experience as a Placement Consultant at Rainmaker Staffing and a Marketing and Consulting Assistant at Hanley Wood. Stephanie holds an Executive Leadership Certificate and a Performance Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Vanguard University of Southern California.
