Belén Vargas

Belén Vargas is a Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at Asertec Seguros since June 2023, where responsibilities include business unit management, salary adjustment analysis, benefits management, training methodology, recruitment, and onboarding. Previously, Belén held roles as an HR Analyst and Human Resources Assistant at Splendor Mineral Water from June 2022 to June 2023. Additional experience includes internships in training and recruitment at Diners Club del Ecuador and Saludsa, respectively, as well as serving as an executive assistant to the HR coordinator at the Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador from March 2017 to May 2020. Belén is pursuing a degree in Gestión de Talento Humano with a focus on Digital Transformation at IMF Business School - Universidad Hemisferios, following a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Las Américas (EC), completed in 2022.
