Chapman Swaine

Chapman Swaine's work experience begins in 2007 as a Quality Control Officer at Stresscon, Osco Construction, where they ensured adherence to quality standards for concrete products. In 2007, they also worked as a Project Manager at Capital Management Engineering LTD, managing capital planning projects and launching an energy auditing service line.

From 2011 to 2013, Chapman worked as a Telfer School of Management Management Consultant at Benbria, providing business solutions and market sizing analysis. Chapman then moved on to MD Financial Management, where they held various roles such as Sr. Project Consultant and Team Lead and Member Experience Business Lead, focusing on strategic planning and technology initiatives.

At Slack, Chapman held roles starting in 2015, including Enterprise Account Executive and Senior Account Executive, where they played a key role in closing major deals. Chapman also established the global Value Consulting function and defined value narratives.

In 2020, Chapman joined Ascent Coaching and Consulting, Inc as a Principal Consultant, specializing in benchmarking, advising, and coaching individuals and organizations. Chapman has worked on projects involving go-to-market strategies for various products.

Currently, Chapman Swaine is working at Ashby as Solutions Engineering Lead & GTM Strategy and Sales & GTM Strategy.

Chapman Swaine began their education at Acadia University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics. Chapman then pursued further education at the University of Ottawa from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained their MBA degree in Management and Sustainability Consulting.
