Fabien Luciani

Fabien Luciani has over two decades of experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as the Plant Quality Manager at Ashland since November 2011, Fabien oversees Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the Sophia-Antipolis Vincience plant, focusing on aligning quality strategy with business objectives. Prior to this, Fabien was the QC Manager at Naturex, ensuring product quality compliance with health regulations and implementing quality control policies. Fabien also worked at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH as a Laboratory and Analytical Program Manager, supporting the launch and optimization of new products while maintaining quality standards. Fabien holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and advanced degrees in molecular chemistry from Université Côte d'Azur.
