Julius Casabal

Julius Casabal, For, MEnv, serves as the Chief Economic Development Specialist at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in the Philippines since April 2010, overseeing the Environment Division's work in development planning, policy review, investment programming, and evaluation of proposals in various environmental sectors.
