Joseph Chan is the Founder and CEO of AsiaPay Group since 2000. Prior to that, he held the position of VP, Electronic Banking at Bank of America from 1995 to 1999. He also worked as a System Manager at Citi from 1991 to 1995, and as an Analyst Programmer at Barings Asset Management from June 1989 to September 1991. Joseph obtained his Master of Economics from Monash University in 1988, following his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same university in 1986.
