Joseph Hanna's work experience includes a role as a Lead Data Engineer at ASICS Digital since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Data Engineer at the same company from October 2019 to February 2022. Before joining ASICS Digital, Joseph worked as a Lead Engineer at Komodo Technologies, LLC from August 2016 to October 2019. Joseph also has experience as a Masters Student at Boston University from June 2014 to December 2016. Joseph started their career as an Engineer at Noise Control Engineering Inc from August 2011 to April 2014. Joseph also worked as a Field Engineer at Cashman Dredging and Marine Contracting Company, LLC from January 2011 to August 2011, where they performed, processed, and analyzed hydrographic surveys and developed post-processing tools. Additionally, Joseph worked as a Structural Engineering Intern at Port City Consulting from September 2010 to December 2010, where they developed analysis tools and assisted senior engineers on construction site visits.
Joseph Hanna completed their undergraduate education at the University of Rhode Island from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Joseph pursued further education at Boston University, receiving a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Database Management and Business Intelligence.

In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. He chose the name ASICS for his company in 1977, based on a famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano", which when translated expresses the ancient ideal of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body." ASICS was founded on the belief that the best way to create a healthy and happy lifestyle is to promote total health and fitness. ASICS products were introduced to the United States in 1977 and brought with them an incredible story of athletic performance and technical advancements.
