Bob Gage has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Bob started their career at Xerox as a Quality Technician from 1990 to 1991. Bob then joined Ferro Corporation in 1993 as a Manufacturing Engineer I until 1995. From 1996 to 2005, Bob held multiple roles at Ferro Corporation, including Manufacturing Engineer II, Lean Manufacturing Trainer, and Production Manager. Bob continued their career at Ferro Corporation as a Plant Manager from an unknown start date to 2012. In 2013, Bob joined ASK Chemicals as a Plant General Manager, overseeing two manufacturing locations. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the North America Business Line Manager for Feeding Systems and Metallurgy, responsible for driving high performance and strategic planning. Currently, Bob is working as the Executive Vice President of North America at ASK Chemicals, a role they began in September 2020.
Bob Gage earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Physics from SUNY Geneseo, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Bob then pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1993.
