In 2013, Bob joined ASK Chemicals as a Plant General Manager, overseeing two manufacturing locations. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the North America Business Line Manager for Feeding Systems and Metallurgy, responsible for driving high performance and strategic planning. Currently, Bob is working as the Executive Vice President of North America at ASK Chemicals, a role they began in September 2020.

Bob Gage earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Physics from SUNY Geneseo, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Bob then pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1993.
