Kristin Connor Phr

Kristin Connor, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Aspen Surgical since February 2008. In various roles, including HR Business Partner and Payroll & Benefits Specialist, Kristin has managed payroll processing, benefits administration, and workers' compensation claims, while also conducting employee wellness events and overseeing FMLA and disability claims. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant and internships at Goodwill Industries and Grand Valley State University's Career Services.
