Rachel Douglas is a seasoned professional in business transformation and operations, currently serving as a Business Transformation Manager at Aspire Software since September 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Senior Manager, Partners & Integration, M&A at Growve from July 2019 to September 2022, focusing on the acquisition and growth of brands across various sectors, including active nutrition and beauty.
