Meghan Colón

Meghan Colón is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of People at AssemblyAI since September 2023. Additionally, Meghan is an advisor for the Kindred Minds Advisory Board, contributing to the development of future People technology. Previously, Meghan held the role of Head of People at dbt Labs from May 2020 to August 2023, where the function was built from the ground up to support a rapidly expanding global team. Meghan also served as the Director of People Operations at ProfitWell and held senior positions in people operations at OpenView Venture Partners and technical recruiting at AVID Technical Resources. Meghan earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Rhode Island and has studied at Bond University.
