Tom Patterson

Tom Patterson has extensive experience in technology management and service delivery within the contact center domain. Currently serving as VP of Network, Voice & Service Desk at Associa since May 2019, Tom has held multiple senior director positions focused on data networking and contact center services. Prior to Associa, Tom worked at Bank of America from March 2009 to May 2019, where roles included VP and Senior Tech Manager for Contact Center Voice Technologies. Previous positions include Senior Solutions Architect at COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION LIMITED and roles as Senior Engineer and Analyst at Aspect Software from January 1997 to March 2006.
