Charita Calloway serves as the Learning and Development Coordinator at Associated Credit Union, a role held since May 2021, where responsibilities include implementing the annual Learning and Development strategic plan and presenting training programs informed by research and experience. Prior to this, Charita worked as a Training and Development Specialist at CDC Federal Credit Union from April 2018 to April 2021, focusing on performance gap analysis, intervention design, program implementation, and outcome evaluation. Charita holds a Master of Science in Education, Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University (2015-2020), as well as dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources Management and General Communications from Florida State University (1989-1993).
