Carrie Parker is an experienced professional with a robust background in impact assessment, marketing consulting, and market research. Currently serving as the Director of Impact Assessment at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore since November 2016, Carrie has designed and implemented evaluation plans for nonprofit agencies and developed programs to enhance organizational performance. Alongside this role, Carrie is the President of Parker Marketing, providing strategic consulting to various nonprofit organizations and corporations. Previous positions include Market Research Director and Production Director at Erickson Living, as well as Senior Market Research Manager at Marriott International, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved. Carrie began the professional journey at Black & Decker as a Retail Marketing Manager overseeing a substantial business operation. Academically, Carrie holds a BA in Sociology and Spanish from Kaplan College and an MA in Sociology from the University of Baltimore.
