Kevin Mason began their work experience in 1990 as a Customer Service Manager at Barnes Distribution. In 1992, they joined Associated where they held various roles including Vice President Operations and General Manager. As Vice President Operations, Kevin provided leadership and direction to Divisional General Managers, ensuring divisional performance met or exceeded goals. Kevin also implemented consistent practices throughout the organization and reviewed and adjusted internal processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. As General Manager, they were responsible for revenue and profit growth, operational processes, employee development, and safety.

Kevin Mason obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana University Fort Wayne. Kevin pursued this degree from 1990 to 1999.
