Tim Rutter has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Tim started their career in 1996 as a Manager of Desktop Support at Platinum Technology, where they implemented computing standards and managed daily operations for PC support. In 1998, they joined Van Kampen Funds as a Manager II of Desktop Services, ensuring proper technology implementation and meeting corporate standards. In 2000, Tim held the position of Director of Technical Services at Martin-Brower, where they managed the company's IT functions. Tim also worked as the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure at Reyes Holdings from 2000 to 2008, defining and implementing global strategies for enterprise computing systems. From 2005 to 2013, they served as the President of the School Board in Homer Consolidated Community School District 33-C, responsible for setting policies and rules for the district. Tim then joined the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists in 2011 as a Senior Director of Information Technology, where they provided vision and leadership for IT deployment. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Associated.
Tim Rutter attended DePaul University from 1985 to 1987 and obtained an Associate degree in Technology. Tim then returned to DePaul University in 1995 and completed a Certificate program in Local Area Networking in 1996. In the same year, Tim also earned a Certificate in Telecommunications from DePaul University. Finally, from 2007 to 2012, Tim pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from DePaul University.
