Janice Martinez was appointed as AAM’s Vice President of Central Valley Operations in 2011. Originally trained as an educator, Janice joined AAM in 2004 as a member of an onsite community team. Shortly thereafter, Janice was promoted to Community Manager and then as an Area Manager for AAM’s Central Valley Office. Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Arizona and a CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) designation from AACM.

AAM is a community management company serving over 500 communities in AZ, CA, NM, FL, NC, MI and soon to be TX. We partner closely with builders including Pulte, Del Web, Shea Homes, AV Homes and Mertiage to help them build out their communities including the build out of the IT in their community centers. We have multiple communities currently under IT services contracts and have been selling Meraki devices into the communities at retail rates. We are looking forward to partner with Meraki and expand this part of our business.
