Dominic Holt

Dominic Holt is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in founding and leading companies in the software and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of harpoon Corp since December 2017, Dominic has created a platform that enables users to generate and deploy software infrastructure without coding through an intuitive interface. Simultaneously, Dominic serves as the Founder and CEO of Valerian Technology, providing fractional CTO services and performing technical due diligence for significant investment firms. Additional roles include advisor positions at Docker, Inc. and NOTICENINJA, and providing fractional CTO services to various organizations, including Corridor Capital and Omni Federal. Dominic is also actively involved in the Association for Computing Machinery as a PDC Board Member and Marketing Committee Advisor. With a BS in Software Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Dominic has contributed significantly to business growth and technology strategy across multiple sectors.
