Association “Lyderė” (Leader) is an organization that unites top level executives across sectors with a goal to create society without gender stereotypes and empower women for leadership. The Association aims to ensure gender balance in leadership positions, equal pay for women and men, good conditions for balancing family and career, education system that favors gender equality.
