Georgina Flood currently serves as the Director of Governance at South Hampshire College Group and as the Co-Chair of the South East Governance Professional Network with the Association of Colleges. Prior to these roles, Georgina held the position of Head of Governance at Fareham College from July 2019 to August 2023, and worked as the Assistant Company Secretary at Radian Group from 2008 to 2018. Georgina's earlier experience includes serving as the Association Executive at THE BRITISH ASSOCIATION OF CRITICAL CARE NURSES from 2002 to 2008 and as an Inspection Coordinator at the Audit Commission from 1998 to 2002. Georgina holds a degree in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of the West of England, awarded between 1993 and 1995.
