Kelly Borg is an accomplished education professional with extensive leadership experience in teaching and learning within the independent school sector in New South Wales. Currently serving as the Associate Chief Executive: Teaching and Learning at the Association of Independent Schools of NSW since December 2012, Kelly leads a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality professional learning for educators. Previous roles include Assistant Head of Professional Learning, where oversight of the NSW Syllabus implementation was a key responsibility, and Senior Consultant for Primary Curriculum, focusing on K-6 education. Earlier experience includes strategic leadership as Stage Coordinator at The Scots College. Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from CQUniversity.

AISNSW is the peak body representing independent schools in New South Wales. Education services to member schools include advice and assistance in employment relations, child protection, compliance and school governance, reviews and audits of a variety of school functions, professional development and educational consultancy services on curriculum, pedagogy and school leadership. AISNSW also advocates for and represents the needs of independent schools to both NSW and Australian Governments.
