Isabel Cohen is a Child and Family Therapist at the Association to Benefit Children since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in therapeutic practices. Prior to this role, Isabel served as a Clinical Social Work Intern at RIOS AND ASSOCIATES THERAPEUTIC SOLUTIONS, INC, where responsibilities included providing talk therapy and Child Centered Play Therapy for children and adolescents in both English and Spanish. Previous internships at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark involved offering talk therapy and conducting psychoeducational groups. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Assistant Manager at Riverview Farmers Market, Senior Youth Advocate at Haven Adolescent Community Respite Center, Teaching Assistant at The Learning Community Charter School, Animal Care Associate at Gold Coast Pet Care, and Social Media Intern at Bankrate.com. Earlier work as a Freelance Producer for New York Magazine involved organizing photo collections and creating visual palettes for fashion shows. Isabel holds a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oberlin College.

Association to Benefit Children (ABC) is a 501(c)(3) that serves underserved children and families in New York City through an extensive, whole-family program model that includes early childhood education & intervention, children’s mental health care, family support, preservative services, youth
