Vanessa Flores

Vanessa Flores has extensive experience in operations and claims management, currently serving as Head of Implementation for Mainland Europe at Assurant since November 2019, where oversight of project delivery and cross-functional team support is a key responsibility. Prior to Assurant, Vanessa held the position of General Manager for Portugal, overseeing operations performance in customer service and claims for the Appliance & Technology lines. Previous roles include Head of Workers Comp Claims at Ageas Portugal and Operations Manager at AXA, focusing on workers compensation and payments management. Vanessa's academic background includes an MSc in Knowledge and Innovation Management from Universidade de Aveiro, a Post-Graduate degree in HR Management from Universidade de Coimbra, and a Bachelor's degree from Universidade do Porto.
