Austin Benincasa is an experienced software engineer currently serving as Software Engineer III at Assured Information Security (AIS) since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading the development of the GOTS EDR Tool Metasponse and managing project timelines and customer interactions. Previously, Austin worked as a Software Development Engineer at Black River Systems Company, focusing on deploying Hadoop Clusters and developing a Kafka/ZeroMQ-based data transport system. Austin's background includes earlier roles at AIS and various internships which provided foundational experience in software development and computer systems. Austin holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, along with an Associate's degree from Mohawk Valley Community College.
