Sarit Vanzara is an experienced professional in the enamelling process, currently serving as a Deputy Manager at ASTA since December 2008, with expertise in enamelling improvement, first pass yield enhancement, and process capability improvement. Previous roles at ASTA include Assistant Manager in Enamelling, focusing on rework reduction and process control, and Quality Assurance Executive, monitoring quality failures and conducting process capability analyses. Earlier positions include Senior Officer and Master Technician, where Sarit managed multiple plant processes and led teams in quality and manpower management. Prior experience includes working as a Distribution Transformer Officer at ABB from June 2006 to July 2008. Sarit holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and has acted as an internal auditor for IMS-QMS.
