A Civil Engineering graduate, he joined Astaldi Group in 1996, initially as a Site Manager or Technical Manager for various Italian projects. From 2002 to 2005 he held the position of Deputy General Manager of NPF S.c.r.l., the company set up to design and build the new Trade Fair Centre in Milan, a modern-day symbol of Italian excellence. From 2006 to 2013 he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of Metro C S.p.A., the consortium in charge of building Line C of the Rome underground. From 2013 and 2016, he became General Manager for Turkey. In 2015 he took on the position of Business Activities Coordinator and was appointed a board member of Astaldi. He has been the CEO of Astaldi Group since 2016. Since 2020, he also holds the position of Astaldi Group’s General Manager for Turkey.
