Senior Research Engineer II at Institute of Microelectronics

Guangda Cui has a strong background in semiconductor engineering and process support. Guangda is currently working as a Senior Research Engineer II at the Institute of Microelectronics since March 2020. Before that, from October 2017 to December 2019, they held the position of Process Support Engineer Manager at Applied Materials, where they led a team of engineers and collaborated with Intel TD team on 3D NAND development. Prior to that, from August 2007 to August 2017, they worked at Micron Technology as a Senior Process Engineer, where they were responsible for technology transfer, process improvement, and project management. Guangda has expertise in implant process control, DOE, and training.

Guangda Cui obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, graduating in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Harbin No.9 High School, receiving a High School Diploma between 1999 and 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Guangda Cui has obtained several certifications in various areas, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from Applied Materials in June 2018, VIISta Trident Series Theory and Maintenance from Applied Materials in May 2017, and multiple certifications related to VIISta semiconductor equipment from Varian Semiconductor between 2009 and 2010.
