Aman Singh Shergill has extensive work experience in the field of sports science and performance. Aman started their career in 2015 at Birmingham City FC, where they served as the Lead First Team Sport Scientist for four years. In 2019, they joined Coventry University as a Sport Science Lecturer before moving on to Aston Villa Football Club later that year. At Aston Villa, they initially held the position of Physical Performance Scientist for the First Team and later assumed the role of Head of Innovation and Performance Science.
Aman Singh Shergill completed their A Levels at King Edward VI College, Stourbridge from 2011 to 2013. Aman then pursued a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences at the University of Birmingham from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Sport and Exercise Sciences at the University of Chester, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
