Regan Sherman

Regan Sherman currently serves as the Executive Director of Patient Advocacy at Astria Therapeutics, Inc., starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Regan was the Senior Director and Head of Patient Advocacy at Entrada Therapeutics, where a patient advocacy and engagement program was established to enhance communication with communities affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and myotonic dystrophy type I. Regan has also held leadership positions in patient advocacy at Orphazyme A/S, Sanofi Genzyme, JPA Health Communications, Cancer Support Community, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology, demonstrating a consistent commitment to fostering relationships with rare disease patient communities and enhancing patient-focused drug development practices. Regan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Communication Studies from James Madison University.
