Mary Lee Pence currently serves as the Director of Contracts for the Navy Division at Astrion, a company formed from the merger of Oasis Systems, LLC and ERC, since December 2023. Previously, Mary Lee held various roles at Oasis Systems, including Director of Contracts for the DoD Division, where recognition as Employee of the Quarter was achieved in the second quarter of 2019. In addition, Mary Lee served as the Director of Contracts and Purchasing during the acquisition of MAR, Incorporated in October 2015. Prior to Oasis Systems, Mary Lee worked at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as a Project Manager and Program Analyst from June 2006 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Western Maryland College.
