Brent Callahan

Brent Callahan has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as Sr. Manager Employee Relations at Asurion since August 2016, where significant improvements in employee satisfaction and compliance management have been achieved. Previously, Brent held various HR roles at Target from April 1999 to July 2016, culminating in the position of Human Resources Executive, overseeing a large team and successfully reducing turnover while maintaining training compliance and enhancing employee satisfaction. Brent has a degree in Assets Protection from Eastern Kentucky University, earned in 1999, and has demonstrated a strong ability to lead training initiatives, manage escalations, and collaborate across multiple business segments.
