Tim Ear currently serves as a Finance Business Partner at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, where collaboration with Program Managers and teams supports the organization’s mission. Previously, Tim was the General Manager at Melbourne Real Estate, a company recognized for its significant growth and outstanding customer service, winning multiple industry awards. Prior roles include positions at Ray White as an Analyst, Business Development Executive, and Franchise Consultant, where strategic financial support was provided to franchisees. Tim’s experience also includes roles as a Sessional Lecturer at Deakin University and as a Graduate Finance Officer at Bank Australia, alongside academic tutoring. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting from the University of Melbourne and an Honours degree in Accounting from Deakin University, supplemented by completion of the CPA Australia Program.
