Polianne Delmondez

Polianne Delmondez, PhD, MSW, is a seasoned psychotherapist with extensive experience in mental health services, including roles at AthenaPsych and a private practice since 2010. Currently serving as a Psychotherapist at AthenaPsych since April 2024, Polianne provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and supports treatment planning across diverse client populations, conducting therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Previous roles include managing a Refugee Health Program with Catholic Charities, where Polianne implemented mental health screening tools and trained service providers, as well as serving as a School Social Worker with the NYC Department of Education. Academic coaching experience is evident through multiple positions at Fordham University, assisting students with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Polianne holds a PhD in Psychology and an MSW from Fordham University, complemented by a strong commitment to mental health advocacy and community support initiatives.
