Carolyn Gazzard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent and learning development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Talent at Athora since October 2023, Gazzard previously held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Montagu Private Equity from March 2020 to October 2023. Other notable roles include Head of Learning & Talent at Harrods, Group Head of Leadership Development at Kingfisher plc, and Group Head of L&D at RSA Group. Gazzard’s expertise is further supported by previous positions at Shell and Pearn Kandola, as well as a background in assessment through NRG. Gazzard holds an Executive Doctorate in Organisational Change from Hult Ashridge, alongside a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology from Durham University and an MSc in Work Psychology and Business from Aston Business School.
