Jake Howard

Jake Howard MBA currently serves as the Director of Lean and Continuous Improvement for Safety and Infrastructure at Atkore, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Jake was a CI Manager at Johnson Controls for a brief period in 2022 and worked at Atkore International from 2015 to 2022, where roles included Corporate ABS Lean Leader and QA/Lean Manager. Jake's career began at General Motors, where extensive experience in maintenance management spanned from 1993 to 2008, followed by roles at GKN Driveline and Armstrong World Industries, focusing on lean processes and continuous improvement. Jake earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University in 2009.
